POST-HOLIDAYS 3-DAY REFRESH

First off let me start by saying, I was pretty well behaved over the Holidays.  I didn't over indulge and I only gained 2 lbs!!! Thats impressive as I normally would gain 10+ lbs by eating chips every night and drinking every alcoholic beverage offered to me!!! LOL!!

I've done this 3-Day Refresh by Beachbody before in October 2015, felt great and lost over 4 lbs! It was awesome!! I enjoyed it and had more energy and less bloating and brain fog! This time around I had side-effects such as gas and constipation on day three which made it a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless felt amazing and refreshed and rebooted ready to start my NEW fitness program Masters Hammer & Chisel!! 



So each day, I awoke and had a big glass of cold water to start off my system!! Then within the hour of waking I would have my Shakeology mixed with water and two ice cubes with one serving of fruit from the list of options.  This was my favorite part of the day! I awoke refreshed and eager to start the day!! Plus, chocolate for breakfast? Yes please.

Throughout the day you then have mid-morning Fiber Sweep, mixed in a cup of cold water and its a jelly like consistency meant to be drunk very quickly before it thickens...this does not make you run to the bathroom nor do you need a bathroom super near by!! LOL I remember my first time doing this and had to drive for an hour after drinking it and thinking I would have to stop in the woods hahaha Not the case, thankfully for me and other drivers on the road!!!

Lunch consists of a vegetable option, a fruit option, a healthy fat option and you Vanilla Fresh Shake included in the kit!! I wasn't personally a fan of the flavour of the shake but it was doable. Some people I have talked to loved the flavour. Just one of those preferences I guess with tastes.  Not for me but it was my protein for the day. Non-negotiable.

Mid-afternoon I had a cup of herbal tea and one vegetable and healthy fat option. Seen below: avocado and grape tomatoes with tea. ;)



Another day I had carrots and hummus for my mid-afternoon snack! Delish! :)

Dinners are chosen from a list of recipes in the book.  Not large portion or carb filled meals but again you're having your Vanilla Fresh Shake with it for added protein!! Your body is not going through a cleanse and lacking nutrients with this program!! I love it and love the way it makes me feel!!! Reduces the bloating for sure when you've gotten off track a bit!!

SO RESULTS?????

This time around over the 3 days I lost my belly boat and 2.6lbs along with 2 inches off my waistline!! I awoke after the 3 days feeling still a bit bloated and constipated so thinking tomorrow morning there will be even more weight loss!!! I'll recheck again then but love the results and JUST what I needed to reboot and restart my system to the way it was before the holidays and treats and alcohol!!!!
